Day1&2 Internship Life

戰戰競競的開始了Internship life，

結果兩晚都沒有好好睡過，

因為自己有很多的不足與未知，

亦因為生活突然改變得太多。

Day 1 (10-7)

看了簡生的資料 (occupancy rate ,room type & numbers, guest complaint & questionair , other hotels occupancy rate...)

跟了Brian& Sandy學野，

一開始就實戰了，

幫客check-in(registration)，

passport no, guest name , birth of date,arrival & departure day，

一本又一本的通行證與passport，

long long name & special tones of language，

I can 't understand at all.Even mandarin

i feel quite shame about it.

亦嘗試第一次幫人碌卡，其實好驚！！

手忙腳亂的一天！！

Day2 (9-6)

因為太多野唔清楚，

訓唔著！！累累的回到去，

祈了禱，總算說服自己要加油，

今日與同事總算熟d，希望keep 住，

fill in the booklet and how to define the reservation , fill in the history of guests e.g guest folio, card data (expiry date & card no.), find the data of guest and fax to the travel agency)

個腦塞得好滿，

學得好慢，不過要加油油！！
